Having spent the past 10 years of my life living and breathing my beloved Jacaranda Catering and all the wonderful weddings and events I have been a part of, I have made the HUGE decision to take the leap and offer my services as a weddings and events planner!
Jacaranda has been, without a doubt one of the happiest times in my life. I became a part of the diverse and wonderful family as soon as I walked through the door as a mere 23 year old. They took me in and with their help, guidance and support, I grew within the company, learning so much from everyone I worked with and met across the industry. I have looked after and held the hands of many of my dear friends and brides who I can now call friends, throughout the planning of their weddings, making sure their big day was the best day of their lives.
Now, 10 years on, with the experience, knowledge and passion I have for the world of weddings and events, I am here to help and hold the hands of many more brides, grooms, parents and party goers. I am going to be offering different options on the services I can offer but the main point is that I am the calming, unflappable influence that everyone needs when organising an event.
Therefore, finally, I would like to announce that, Minty Moore Weddings & Events has been born.

My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive storytelling, alongside some gentle guidance for your couple session. The Pizza Post
Whether set in the city or the countryside, this is your special day. And here at The Pizza Post we go the extra mile to make sure that you and your guests receive a really unique experience that is not only one of a kind, but memorable for yourself and your guests. We're available for bookings at all times of day or night - from early morning breakfasts, to late night snacks. And we cater to all budgets.
Before they even see our stylish and professionally designed pizza van, your guests will be treated to the amazing smell of that wood fired oven, up and running and ready to create delicious hot pizzas for them. Our team of friendly professional chefs and servers will be on hand to take the very best care of your guests.
Also, every couple is unique to their wedding day, the menu should be as well. You’ll have the opportunity to design your own special pizzas for your guests to order in celebration! We will work with you before your special day to help create a one off, special pizza flavour that is unique to you and your partner. The ingredients may reflect your culture, favourite colours and flavours, or simply be something really different that nobody else has ever thought of.
Wild Garlic Catering
At Wild Garlic Catering we are passionate about fantastic food and quality service and pride ourselves on providing a tailored bespoke service. We source all our produce from Hampshire suppliers and with this create personalised events from dinner parties, BBQ's and Hog Roast to corporate functions and wedding breakfasts, taking care of every detail.
